The Top Pick Cream Pea Cowpea is an upright bush plant with a prolific set of pods at the top where they are easy to see and harvest. Plants produce 2-3 heavy flushes of pod sets. Pick when light purple for easy shelling. These peas keep their color when cooked have a creamy but not mushy texture.
