LEM Jerky Gun

Our versatile Jerky Gun is capable of producing jerky and meat snack sticks out of ground meat. It holds a generous 3/4 lbs of meat and game and can produce flat jerky or round snack sticks. Two different nozzles are included: a 1-3/16" by 3/16" flat nozzle for flat jerky and a 1/2" round nozzle for snack sticks. Creating your jerky or snack meat is as easy and fun as filling up the barrel and squeezing the trigger. Our Jerky Gun is designed to provide years of lasting performance. It also utilizes a heavy-duty drive system that handles ground meat like a charm. Once you’re done using the Jerky Gun, you can dry jerky in your oven in as little as 2-1/2 hours or use a dehydrator. Our Jerky Gun also comes with a pack of Backwoods Jerky Seasoning, enough to make five pounds of deliciously seasoned jerky or meat snacks, ready to dehydrate or smoke.
