The Big Bite 2-in-1 Jerky Slicer/Tenderizer Attachment slices and tenderizes meat up to 1-1/4" thick using the power of your Big Bite Meat Grinder.
Use the slicer roller to get 14 perfectly sliced strips of meat ready for the oven or dehydrator in seconds. Each strip of meat will be approximately 1/4" wide, making them perfect for jerky, cheesesteaks, or even fajitas.
Remove the easy-off top and replace the slicer roller with the other tenderizer roller to tenderize the toughest cuts of meat.
The body is made of durable powder-painted aluminum and easily disassembles for clean-up. No tools required to switch the slicer or tenderizer rollers.
