The Fuyu Persimmon is a large deeply orange fruit is firm, crispy and delicately sweet even when not fully ripe and amazingly sweet when fully ripe. The flavor is unique and rich. Excellent for fresh eating. Fruit is known for its flat bottom and squatty shape. Fruit will ripen on or off the tree in November.
