These surgical blades and disposable scalpels do not contain natural rubber latex. Computer controlled grinding, sharpening and polishing ensures consistently smooth incision properties. A Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) paper lining, leakage testing, and an aluminum foil peal pack help ensure quality and integrity when ready for use. 

  • Sterilized by GAMMA radiation 2.5 - RADS.
  • Each production lot is sampled and conforms to ISO 2859, inspection level S4 AQL 1.0 and 2.5.
  • Blade rigidity is tested to eliminate blade breakage.
  • Blades conform to ISO: 7740 (1995) & BS: 2982 (1986).
  • Blades are ultrasonically cleaned prior to packing.
  • Made from premium quality Swiss carbon steel and British Stainless Steel.
